Returns

We want every experience with Coté to be positive, enlightening, and moving. We know that you'll love your art just as much as Coté loved creating it. However, if you are not satisfied with the art, we will provide a refund if made within 7 days of purchase for the full purchase price, minus shipping, handling, insurance, and/or freight fees.

Requests for a refund of the purchase amount must be made within 7 days from the date your art was marked delivered by the carrier. All return requests should be sent to service@paulmcoteart.com with the subject line "Return" followed by order number, full name, and contact information.

Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with the art. One of our Agents will be in touch within 24 hours to coordinate the refund.

 

Exchanges

We believe that every piece of art has it's own soul, so it's important that the art speaks to you. We can exchange any work for any other work - you just pay the difference in value and shipping, handling, insurance, and/or freight fees. Work that is exchanged for work of lesser value will be refunded, minus the costs of shipping, handling, insurance, and/or freight fees.

 

Damages

We do everything possible to make sure all shipped art is not damaged during transit, and we always ship with a trusted carrier and insurance. If you receive damaged art, please contact us within 24 hours. Damage notices should be sent to service@paulmcoteart.com with the subject like "Damage" followed by order number, full name, and contact information. In addition, please describe the damage, as well as provide a digital snapshot of the damage.
